What you tell us stays in your personal account. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, and we never send marketing messages. No client ever sees another client's information.

• Your preferences — what information you want, how often, and by which channel (text, email, or both).
• Messages — the messages you send us and the information we send you, so we can keep an accurate record of your personal account.

We collect only what is needed to run your personal account. We do not ask for passwords, payment details, or information about anyone else.

How your information is used

Your information is used only to deliver the service you asked for: preparing and sending your information and reminders, keeping your personal account organised, and responding when you contact us. It is not used for advertising, and it is not shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Who sees your information

Only Derrick and Lucy — the human and the AI agent behind OLDsch AI — see your account, and only to run your service. No other client sees your information. We do not sell, rent, or give your information to anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information only for as long as you are a client. If you stop the service, ask us and we will delete your personal account information.

Opting out

To stop messages, reply STOP to any text message, or ask to stop by email at [email protected]. Stopping is free and immediate. See our Messaging Terms.

This website

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising, or analytics. It is a plain, static website: it does not collect information about visitors beyond what your browser normally sends when loading a page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated policy will be posted here with a new date. Clients will be told of any change that affects them before it takes effect.
