What to tell us
When you get in touch, it helps to mention:
- What you want to be reminded of, or what information you want brought to you.
- How often you want it — daily, weekly, monthly, or a mix.
- How you want to receive it — text message, email, or both.
If you are not sure yet, that is fine too. The conversation is the setup, and we will work it out together.
Your privacy: What you tell us stays in your personal account. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. Read our privacy page.
